Appliance checking to confirm that the TV, DVD player etc are all working correctly, this way is damage is suspected from the previous guests you will be notified immediately.
A check-list completed to detail what has been cleaned and what has been carried out and to ensure items are not left. Unique criteria may also be completed for your property after a period of time.
Ensures any jobs that require our attention are completed preventing unnecessary call outs.
The head housekeeper will carry out a brief external report, which will indicate if we need to organize an extra window clean or garden visit from our staff.
Ensuring all windows and doors internally and externally are secure as required, any alarm procedures are put in to place, that keys are in the correct location and the key safe is functional and contains the key.

Holiday Home Cleaning (Changeover cleaning)

      • Bed making services: all beds are stripped and made up with our luxury linen or with your own linen
      • Entertainment systems checked throughout the property
      • Crockery and cutlery checked, cleaned and replaced as required
      • Wardrobes and drawers cleaned internally as well as externally, ensuring guests have removed all belongings
      • Light bulbs replaced as required

  • Inspection of the property during the arrival/ departure of the tenants to make sure that everything is in order
  • Vandalism / Break Ins

  • Water Ingress – should this be a re-occurring problem, closer attention is paid to past areas
  • Security – ensuring all locks and alarms are functional
  • Pests – ensuring there are no holes or gaps around the property and maintain active pest deterrents
  • Boilers – checking the boiler, including hot water and heating, are set correctly and adjust accordingly
  • Fuel Tanks – monitoring levels and ensuring a critically low level is not reached. On request we will get electricity and gas meter readings.
  • Post – forwarding all relevant mail to you inclusive of the management cost
  • Fire Systems – carrying out checks on fire safety equipment, including smoke alarms and torch
  • Waste – ensuring that all waste has been taken away, and that the bins are secure
