The Present
All through the 20th and the 21st century, societies have been evolving at a very fast pace. The initial theory of “bigger and better”, however, has not turned out as well as expected. Along with the welcomed advancements in science and technology, the “better” part has been hard to attain. This holds especially true for people residing in cities or other populated areas, where social requirements have been amplified tremendously. In the absence of equilibrium, modern urban societies have undervalued basic human needs and, as a result, civilization has been unsuccessful in safeguarding its most precious asset: quality of life.
The Unhealthy City Life
OUR VISION
VILLA 1
VILLA 2
In the land of Ancient Elis—the birthplace of the Olympic Games, an idea was set in motion: to lay the foundation for a value-based living model, by means of developing an alternate wide-scale residential project situated in an all-natural setting. A forward-thinking plan to create a select community with a clear sense of belonging and purpose; one that would be able to enjoy the combined benefits of rural habitation and city life in a balanced equation.
